RC Pro is an AI-native recruitment and onboarding marketplace that unites the four parties in the hiring chain — job-seekers, employers, recruitment consultants, and colleges (academia) — on a single connected platform instead of the disconnected tools they use today. The core mechanism is "one job, many doors": when an employer posts a role, visibility settings route it simultaneously to the in-network candidate database, to recruitment partners, to a bidding marketplace, and to colleges where it auto-forwards to eligible students, while an AI engine in the middle handles matching, eligibility filtering, multi-factor ranking, skill assessment, interview prep, and scheduling — with recruiters and placement officers supervising and able to override. The result is a single, transparent pipeline from profile/post → match & screen → interview → offer → onboard that aims to cut time-to-hire from weeks to days, give candidates the right opportunities and readiness support, give employers pre-screened ranked talent, give consultants a transparent place to submit and get paid, and help colleges drive toward 100% placement.
