Freeze Drying is the most advanced food dehydration process in which upto 97% nutrients in the food remain intact. During the freeze-dried process, cell structure remains intact. The product also retains the colour, shape, flavour and nutritional value of the original raw material better than other drying methods. We choose all the ingredients very carefully, prepare it with the same care like fine dining restaurants and pack it conveniently for you. UF will make a savoury and tasty meal in any place and occasion – no matter how much time you have to prepare. Because all you need to do is add hot water and wait for 8 minutes. We’ve cooked these delicious, savoury meals with high quality ingredients, preserving flavour and nutrients. You can enjoy it just about anywhere - on the road, at your desk or before a test. Simply add water and enjoy. UF products are neither deep fried nor contain oil/ artificial preservatives to preserve. So much so, it is the lightest food available.
