Ultimate Skills and Simulations Private Limited(hereinafter called Ultimate Skills) is a leading innovation and knowledge player in the domain of skills training manikins and simulations as applied to clinical and surgical sciences. Ultimate Skills is a Micro level MSME bearing number UDYAM-KR-03-0603501 and startup(started in September 2025). Ultimate Skills is focussed on manufacture of skill training medical and dental equipments. Ultimate skills has deep expertise in anatomical, physiological and forensic aspects of medical sciences. Ultimate is home to some of the most widely acclaimed simulation experts in the country. Evidence based education and competency centric skills development not only aids skills development, but also provides a framework for its assessment. The impact of creating skilled and competent trained doctors is that patient safety and well being improves substantially. Ultimate Skills and Simulations has Master Trainers who have thousands of training hours behind them and have helped develop and nurture other Trainers(college teaching faculty), who continue to train their students. Ultimate skills is today at the forefront of skill training and simulation based training for medical doctors. Effective training requires that we are able to simulate human body functions with 100% accuracy and model the behaviour of the organ or body part so that it mimics normal conditions as well as disease or abnormal conditions. Simulating such behaviours consistently requires use of electronics, software, Android UX and importantly integrating electronics into the physical manikin and its range of movements. Ultimate skills has been successful in innovating repeatedly and producing prototypes good enough for field trials. Some of these innovations show considerable promise as products ready for commercial launch.
