These Biomass Fertilizer, Biomass Gas and Biomass Non Torrefied Pellet having capacity of machine are 10 Ton per hour. The company will provide eco – friendly materials. Biomass Gas Production through Agriculture residues Biomass gas, primarily in the form of biogas, can be produced by anaerobic digestion of organic materials such as Agriculture residues. The process involves breaking down the plant material in the absence of oxygen, producing methane-rich gas, which can be used for energy generation, cooking, or heating. Key steps in the process: 1. Agriculture residues is harvested and chopped to facilitate the digestion process. 2. The grass is fed into a biogas digester, where it is broken down by microorganisms in an oxygen-free environment. 3. Methane and other gases are released during digestion, which can be captured and stored for energy use. 4. The remaining material can be used as a nutrient-rich byproduct, which can be further processed into biomass fertilizers.
