Uniservice is a technology based facility management startup for residential complexes like Apartment, Villa etc. We are building a IoT based platform for a society to collect the real time data, analyse the health of equipments & gaps in process, and assist the operations team to do a predictive maintenance, with the ultimate goal to create a socio-economic IMPACT, which can reduce the monthly maintenance cost for the people living in communities. Our solutions currently focus on the areas like water quality & consumption, energy savings, proper waste segregation, e-checklist, workflow based complaint management, face recognised staff attendance. Today we are 300+ team consists of 250+ blue collars, 50+ software, support, electrical and instrumentation engineers, we are serving about 40+ apartments (10000 flats) across bangalore, and our technology is leveraged by 15000+ users.
