The Business model of the start-up is unique integrated Holistic approach in redefining how Indians Design-Build their dream Homes as this includes threefold yield of the integrated areas creatively woven into one cord; Design, Engineering, Construction. Threefold cord operates on a threefold based model (3DEC2C; threefold yield to consumer model) in Design-Build of building products and services provided directly to the customers as a consolidated product by the creators. Born from an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to do things differently, Unispace was founded in 2019 with the help of veterans of more than 25+ years of combined experience in the Interiors & Constructions & Retail Advisory Company. Each brought specialized local knowledge, experience and talent to the table to craft a new methodology that continues to challenge the industry status quo. Our passion is always on creating spaces that are refined, sophisticated which reflect our client personality.
