We are solving all the problems which are concerned with the documentation in Indian real estate. In our country, a real estate broker is supposed to do all the documentation, due diligence of the property, negotiation, and most importantly keeping the law of the land in mind. On the other hand, in developed countries, a lawyer is also required along with a licensed real estate agent in every property sale. Most of the mis-selling in the Indian real estate happens because of the poor and incomplete knowledge of customers and real estate agents about the laws which are different for different states & UTs. Now the system which we have designed can handle all the documentation which we require for sale of a property in primary and secondary real estate market. Brokers or customers or documentation vendors who use our product simply need to upload their aadhar card, pan card and other supporting documents and we use image processing to identify name, address, father name, expiry date of document with which our users can directly get the complete file ready for getting their property registered in Tehsil/Taluk. Though initially we designed the system for real estate market but eventually during developed our system became generic enough to handle any kind of documentation for Visa Filing, Loan Filing, Insurance Filing, HR documents, simple Legal documents and much more.
