We have modelled our business to bring into play the 90% market revenue share of MCC(maternity & child-care) inbounds. We are making a providers network of Gynae/MCC hospitals & orchestrate their supply from Doozie's demand network.Parents would get incentivised for committing their MCC budget to us which we then invest on their behalf to get them better deals and flexibility of antenatal journey actions. Incentives will be in the order of INR 30k+ for a time period of 12 months creating a marketing win for us. Overall India TAM as per my calculations is north of USD 2B+, beach-head market (Bangalore) is worth USD 37M at 15% penetration of Urban parents.
