To enter in to Joint Venture, or collaborate with accredited educational institutions in India/outside India, companies or government bodies to provide assistance to such accredited educational institution and such other learning support on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the company from time to time and to provide consultancy services to students and to arrange for their training, recruitment and placement in various Universities, Institutes, Companies, etc. in India and/or abroad. 3. To carry on the business of distributors, traders, manufacturers, consignment agents, importer and exporters of all kind of educational tools, kits, literature, accessories, and all forms of related equipment and to do the business as publishers of books, e-books, Educational guides, Magazines, E-Magazines, Periodicals, , CDs, DVDs on various Training & Consultancy Programs. 4. To carry on the business of content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, tele-marketing including training and taking classes for the same and to carry on in India or abroad the business of developing, designing and maintenance of websites, web-based applications and internet/network related system/solutions including setting up of portals, internet based services and consultancy and other value added services.
