Job hunting is an arduous and time taking process. Especially for freshers who lack the knowhow. Personal biases (like caste, creed, religion, sex, appearance etc) of the interviewer affect the outcome of the candidates interview. Many technically sound people struggle with soft skills and communication. Interviews, resumes and specific hiring sets (particular college or institution, particular company experience) cause companies to miss out on candidates with innate talent. Most recruiters ignore to understand the candidate while hiring. Finding you own career path can be stressful and costly. Most tests used by counsellors cost a lot and cannot be afforded by the general population. Resources or courses used by people fail to impart practical knowledge. They’re usually a few videos stitched together, with no dedicated support, no personalisation and no practical understanding or experience. Many cost a lot while adding very little value to the learner. Taking these courses does not guarantee a job in that field either. There is a huge problem with buying courses and not finishing them because they don’t interest the learners. Tracking employee activity can be stressful, time consuming and costs a lot. This usually requires multiple people working solely on tracking and managing employees which cuts into the profits of the companies. In order to reduce costs, inefficient managers are chosen, while competent managers would lead to a loss for the company.
