UttamJob are building a platform similar to LinkedIn for blue/grey/pink collared workers, the majority of whom are less literate. We will have an offline and online presence and operations. The online product will be an AI-Enabled app for enhancing the employability of the gig economy and the unstructured workforce. It will be an easy to use platform for people with lower literacy skills. It will have a gamified, vernacular and voice-assistant based minimal-touch interface along with profile confidentiality for women. It will empower people to seek out better opportunities while continuously enriching their skills and staying connected with others in their profession. The app will also make hiring easier for companies by providing behavioural insights of shortlisted candidates through an unbiased, standardised, gamified assessment process. The app will integrate with the existing HR management systems in a user-friendly manner to enable recruiters to make informed hiring decisions quickly.
