V2M2 Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is a technical/R&D startup that aims to design, analyze, and fabricate customized enclosures for battery packs with integrated liquid cooling solutions for EVs, domestic and commercial EV chargers, charging stations, and heat-generating electronics mounted on printed circuit board assemblies, with power capabilities ranging from 5kW to 5MW. Our solutions are engineered using state-of-the-art techniques using large format 3D printing, materials, and manufacturing principles to create high-performance and ultra-fast charging stations that meet the specific thermal needs of mounted electronics. V2M2 Technologies aims to offer a comprehensive range of services, including design, analysis, prototyping, testing, assembling, integrating, and providing training and support as needed. We aim to work closely with local governments to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Our strategy is to leverage our expertise and the necessity to address thermal management issues in the existing market for EV infrastructure using rapid prototyping to grow our business. We aim to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace through innovation, such as recycled plastic for 3D printing, unlike current techniques that use metal. Our solutions offer targeted cooling of local hotspots, health monitoring of the cooling systems, closed-loop solutions with IoT, and the feasibility of providing feedback using AI and data science in the design phases.
