Brief Introduction, Idea, Business Model and its USP - 1.1 Brief Introduction and Core Idea : Fuel My Money platform (Website as well as Mobile app) is owned by a Company named VAAR PETROAGRO PRIVATE LIMITED incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office in Ratia (Haryana),India. We are a team of highly motivated and young professionals who are starving to bring revolutionary changes in Energy and Agriculture sector of India with the use of latest Technology. To achieve this in the energy sector, the birth of this digital platform named Fuel My Money has taken place and this digital platform is equally advantageous for customers as well as for Petrol Pump Owners in the following manner. Our Core idea to start digital platform named Fuel my money is to make revolutionary change in the Retail fueling services and taking it to the top of the world along with very competitive prices which makes it convenient to get extra fueling of consumer vehicle by paying less and availing various complementary services. In today’s competitive market, most of the people seek for the best services at the most competitive prices. But often people face various types of problems at fuel station like short delivery,low quality of fuel, misbehaviour of fuel station attendant , Non availability of services like free air, free drinking, wash room etc. So we are starting Fuel My Money to solve the fuel consumers inconvenient and also bringing discount concept in retail fueling sector to provide the fuel at the best competitive price. 1.2 Product workflow: 1.2.1 Pump Manager platform ( https://www.fuelmymoney.com/auth ) Fuel station/Pump owners shall be on boarded on FMM platform from website login page where all details of pump shall be entered like availability of type of fuel,number of nozzles for each product,the number of attendants, wheel air,drinking water,first aid kit,Nitrogen filling facility,ATM,Pollution checking centre,Insurance point,Food outlet or detail of ongoing discount or any promotional activities and also upload of pump photographs on the same website. This registration shall be done in two steps. First step involves mandatory one time approval from admin whereas second step involves regular updates about various facilities and offers and does not require any admin approval. 1.2.2 Customer Mobile application(Google play store: Fuel My Money) Customer has to sign in FMM android app and then he can see pumps available near to his location. Customer can apply filters while searching pumps like availability of a particular product,rating of the pump, Customer can find the route of selected pump on the app and also he can give review for the pump he wants to give. 1.3 USP: Discount on Fuel by Fuel Station/Pump Owners is one of the unique concepts which Fuel My Money is taking into the market. Detail display of fuel station various services and subsequent review of these services by the consumer in detailed manner is another USP which will lead to association of fuel station owners and fuel consumers to FMM platform. Currently Oil Marketing Companies wise fuel application exists in the market.But FMM is the first aggregator that will bring together all fuel stations of all companies on a single platform to bring more competitiveness and more customer/consumer delight. Locating fuel stations near you along with option of filtering with various parameters like type of fuel available(CNG,LPG,HSD,MS,Electric etc),discounts,offers,reviews given by users. 1.4 Competitive advantage: 1. FMM is the First of its kind platform in oil retail sector in India. 2. 100% customer focused service . 3. Starting home delivery of fuel(Although its not new ,but right now its limited in Bengaluru but FMM team is determined to expand this across the nation.) 4. By advance exploring electric vehicle charging market and acquiring new and advanced techniques in electric vehicle charging stations followed by Setting FMM’s owned electric charging stations .FMM is taking advance step in integrating electric Charging station to this platform 1.5 Expected revenue sources: 1. Subscription charges from Petrol Pump Owners. 2. Commission from Petrol Pumps out of sales linked with FMM customers. 3. Venturing into other petrochemical products like Bitumen, Polymer sale. 4. Revenue from Lube sale after tieing up with lubricant manufacturer. 5. Revenue from advertisements of lubes, Automobiles, Tyre Industries on FMM. 6. Starting Home delivery of fuel for bulk customers and then making commission and delivery charges on it. 7. Profit from Electric Charging Station.
