Vaikarya Change LLP is an investment–technology startup focused on Indian listed equities. It is the investment manager to Vaikarya Change India Fund, a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund, and builds proprietary AI-driven research systems to identify structural “change” opportunities in public markets. Our core business combines institutional-grade fundamental research with an in-house AI engine (“CHANGE AI”) that continuously scans earnings transcripts, regulatory filings, corporate actions, board/management changes and credit-rating updates to generate actionable signals for the investment team. These signals feed into a concentrated portfolio of listed companies where management upgrades, strategy shifts or industry cycle turns are underway. The entity is incorporated as an LLP in India and operates from Mumbai, with a senior investment team and a dedicated AI / data specialist. The business model is fee-based (investment management) with a strong technology layer that can be leveraged for additional funds, strategies and future analytics products. Problem Statement & Solution Indian public markets generate a vast amount of unstructured information—transcripts, filings, rating reports, management changes and news—across hundreds of mid- and small-cap companies. Traditional investment processes rely on manual tracking by small analyst teams, which leads to limited coverage, delayed discovery of inflection points and a tendency to focus only on the most visible names. Vaikarya addresses this gap by building an AI-first research stack. Our CHANGE AI engine ingests and tags large volumes of unstructured data, identifies “change factors” (management moves, strategy pivots, balance-sheet repair, industry cycle turns, special situations) and ranks companies by evidence and conviction. The investment team then performs deep fundamental work on this filtered universe, using AI outputs as a decision-support layer rather than a black-box model.
