Objectives of the Start-up : Sustainability, Environment Protection, Recycling & Reusing. Set up of a Plastic waste conversion process from loose plastic waste to regrind & reusable form. Regrind solid plastics are usable directly in Injection molding process and being used widely to convert high quality compounded polymers. Packaging film wastes conversion to flake form to get uses in economic packaging film extrusion, bags Etc. Loose PET bottle scraps conversion in to compressed bundle form which are the input material of rPET pellets. rPET are widely being used in Packaging Film, Textiles, Fiber, carpets Etc. Plastic wastes are not separated as per the category of Polymers because of unawareness of technical differences and regrind together causing the post use problem. This is project is going ta take care of this mixing problem at the ground level itself and going to process high quality of reprocessed scraps for various valuable applications.
