We are in the process of ring rolling, in which ferrous and non-ferrous materials are used and we can make rings which are used in various places such as pumps, valves and sugar plants as well as various types of machinery manufacturers, in this case small type of damages in the machineries or plant can lead to damage to a larger parts, therefore every time these jobs have to be replaced, the current methods of manufacturing are through forging gas cutting and foundry only. Hence adopting or using this type of technology will save your wastage of material as almost 40-70% as compared to existing method. Also observed that 10-40% wastage will be saved in ring rolling due to this process and cos will be reduced by 10-20% in the new process as electric power will be used everywhere and hence pollution will be almost zero as compared to old process and it can also generate employment of 250 to 300.
