Some of our services include incorporation, government registrations & filings, accounting, documentation, annual compliances, business support services, one-stop tender solutions. In addition, we offer a wide range of services to individuals, such as property agreements and tax filings. Our mission is to provide one-click access and one -stop solutions to individuals and businesses for all their legal and professional needs. Technology adoption at Valid Logic goes a long way to build a future-ready tax and law firm. In Year 2017 A small team working out of a small space in Giridih starts out ambitiously, offering services like Company incorporation, Tax Compliances, Business Support Services , and legal documentation, some of which would go on to capture 1% of the Indian market. Strong relations built with chartered accountants, company secretaries and lawyers across India, In 2019 Technology is ramped up to deliver a smooth experience to customers. New services like accounting and government filings are introduced. Technology adoption at Valid Logic goes a long way to build a future-ready tax and law firm. In 2020, we also opened a new branch at Ranchi, Jharkhand and a full-fledged, self-serve online platform is created where customers seek legal advice and add their legal requirements to a cart and pay for them online. Our Aim We provide with the best of services to all our clients and understand their needs and problems and so that accordingly we can file the complaint with sincerity, thus helping them to resolve their issues, in no time.
