At VAPAC Bio-Plastics Private Limited, we are dedicated to revolutionising the packaging industry by providing innovative and eco friendly packaging solutions. Our 100% compostable plastics packaging is designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable and biodegradable plastics alternative to traditional plastics.As the single use plastics are banned in most of the states and have enforced strictly in the state Karnataka, there is a need for non-biodegradable plastic replacement with sustainable bio-polymer packaging. The adverse effect of non-biodegradable has led our research on pigmentation of compostable and eco friendly polyhydhroxy-butyrate (PHB) through submerged (SmF) and solid-state fermentation (SSF)which is capable of decomposing within 30 days. Our research team is constantly striving to attain quickest span of decomposition for bio-polymers with equivalent mechanical properties of non-biodegradable plastic applications.
