To carry on the business of asphalt works, bituminous works, concrete works, earth moving, excavation, piling, foundation works, drainage systems, pavement works, retaining walls, embankments, water channels and related civil engineering works. To manufacture, produce, procure, transport, supply and deal in construction material including sand, stone aggregates, bitumen, concrete, bricks, cement, steel and other allied materials. To undertake and execute BOT (Build–Operate–Transfer), BOOT (Build–Own–Operate–Transfer) and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) infrastructure projects.
