“VASCO HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED” provides services of telemedicine, laboratory analysis relating to the treatment of the persons, health centers, healthcare services and other advisory services relating to health care in India and abroad, to establish, construct, erect, build, organize, manage, undertake, promote, develop, own, acquire, purchase, improve, equip, initiate, encourage, provide, maintain, operate conduct, subsidies, take on lease, own and run in India or abroad diagnostic centers, scan centers, nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, dispensaries, blood banks, eye banks, kidney banks, maternity homes, child welfare and family planning centers, clinical and pathological testing laboratories, radiology, consulting chambers, X-RAY & ECG clinics, sonography centers, physiotherapy centers, polio clinics, dialysis centers, research laboratories and centers, and to do all incidental acts. The Company has a team of experienced local medical staff as well as experienced doctors, radiologist managed to handle the health care work and other qualified technical staff to carry out management, installation, commissioning, integration and optimization forms part of the integration and optimization process. In the deadly environment of COVID-19, the population as well as government requires the full support of health staff to curb impact of COVID-19. As on today, Total 3.39 Crores people have suffered from COVID-19 and Over 4.50 Lakhs death has been reported in India as per Government source. https://www.mygov.in/covid-19 The company is providing the least cost CT and MRI screen test with use of advanced technology and efficient resources, to the needy people with the co-ordination with the Government of Madhya Pradesh. In second wave of COVID-19, where the covid test gets negative as per RT-PCR test even having symptoms, the CT scan are very useful to detect the COVID 19 symptoms and check the health of Lungs of COVID Patients. The Company is planning to expand its Business in different state with the state government which will enhance the health care facility of the state as well as it will provide the employment generation which will enhance the quality of livelihood. The Government of India is promoting the establishment which is engaged in health care sector like Oxygen Plants, Ventilators, Pharma, Vaccine Companies and MRI, CT scan equipments. India is a land full of opportunities for players in the medical devices industry. The country has also become one of the leading destinations for high-end diagnostic services with tremendous capital investment for advanced diagnostic facilities, thus catering to a greater proportion of population.
