At VedaQ we recongnise the fact that each individual is unique and has unique prakriti , combination of 5 elements, unique lifestyle, work and circumstances. There everyone needs a unique health regime. At VedaQ our endevour is to deliver completely personalised Yoga based excercise plan and Ayurveda based diet plan for each individual based on their prakirity and doshic combination. To scale this we intend to use AI, so that machine can take various inputs from the user, understand user's prakriti, dosha constitution etc accordingly deliver a fully personalised health plan. Yoga asans, repititions and level of complexity of exercises will depend on the individual which AI will be able to delivery. Similarly for Ayurveda based diet, AI will recommend an ideal diet plan to the individual.
