Venaaroha is an AI-powered educational/career guidance technology platform that addresses foundational learning gaps among students/employees/jobseekers through an adaptive Teaching assistance, Interview assistance and Interactive Homework/Career assistance system. The platform utilizes conversational AI-based virtual teaching assistants (AI Avatars) to interact with students and identify conceptual misunderstandings in real-time by analysing response patterns, reasoning ability, and learning behaviour. Based on this analysis, the system delivers personalised remedial guidance to strengthen core subject fundamentals beyond standard classroom instruction. Venaaroha further incorporates an Interview Simulation and Performance Analytics Engine that transforms academic and behavioural interaction data into structured competency insights ("Capability Graphs") to assess communication skills, problem-solving ability, and subject comprehension — thereby supporting employability readiness among stem/non-stem learners. The technology is designed to be extended into enterprise environments as an AI-driven interview practice and candidate evaluation platform for corporate recruitment and workforce upskilling. Additionally, Venaaroha plans to release an open-access interview practice module for students and job seekers to democratize access to guided interview preparation tools using AI-based feedback and performance assessment.
