Venad Poultry Farmers Producer Company Ltd is an initiative under NABARD and KVK Kottarakkara established as per the central government scheme to organize farmers throughout the length and breadth of India. Venad PFPC has spirits of cooperative principles and has the potential to act independently like any other private limited company without government's interference. Venad PFPC is constituted by farmers and service providers. The core focuses of the company are; - supply of live, daily fresh and frozen broiler chicken which is fed on pure vegetarian feed and free from added hormones, steroids, antibiotics and growth promoters, which is marketed with traceability utilizing hologram and QR code. First in India. - encouraging backyard poultry farming in Kerala and to market eggs with traceability utilizing hologram and QR code. Venad PFPC, the first of its kind in Kerala, strives to accomplish self- sufficiency in egg production, to ensure the availability of safe and pure broiler chicken. Venad PFPC assures healthy future for the society as well as the poultry farming sector.
