Processing Capacity: The design processing capacity of the ISWM project with a Biomethanation plant is for minimum 200 TPD of mixed Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) specifically excluding Construction & Demolition (C&D) wastes and Hazardous wastes received at plant site. The plant can segregate the input mixed waste and the organic waste shall be processed to generate Bio-gas, which will be bottled and sold in the market. The recyclables or inorganic waste after segregation shall be accumulated and sent to the recycling companies nearby or to our nearest Waste to Energy plant to be setup by then. Processing Technology: Due to high moisture and rich organic content of solid waste, a Bio-Methanation plant for waste treatment and disposal has been proposed. Biogas produced by Biomethanation process will be utilized as mentioned above. A waste segregation plant would be essential and has been considered to segregate the inerts, organic component and other recyclables. The proposed Bio-Methanation plant is using advanced bio gas generation technology, will be completely in compliance with Indian Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. Zonta Infratech has entered into a technological collaboration with, KIS group, India for a sustainable Bio-Methanation Plant technology. KIS (Knowledge Integration Services) group was established in 2006 to provide unique sustainable technologies in the field of Biogas, BioCNG, wastewater and water. KIS Biogas Projects involve the proven technologies such as ZPHB™ (Zero Pollution Higher Biogas), Higher Biogas™ & Biopower™. They are one of the leading Biogas technology provider in South East Asia. They have installed several Biogas power plants of various capacities ranging from 1 MW up to 7.5 MW. Their 7.5 MW Biogas power plant is largest Biogas power plant in South East Asia. The established technology collaboration and partnership between Zonta and KIS will bring about more effective knowledge exchange, technology transfer for reliable and more efficient Bio-Methanation plants. The technology collaboration allows Zonta to offer to clients, complete turnkey solutions for Waste Processing using Bio-Methanation plants for MSW including high moisture and low calorific value contents such as typical Indian MSW. KIS group will provide the technical e
