At Veridian, we are hyper-focussed in the EMS space. And we have a dual-sided motto. For Factories: Help MSMEs become digital and smart. We are digitizing the shop floor operations of MSMEs in India. This helps them monitor their production, quality, performance, costs, wastage etc. in real-time. And identify and resolve the bottlenecks and/or inefficiencies in their manufacturing operations. (MSMEs are not capable of solving this by themselves). FOR OEMs: Create a digital network of smart factories. We want to create a network of these smart factories in India, under one digital platform. And allow OEMs (globally) to take leverage of such a network; allowing for a fully transparent manufacturing operations, with real-time tracking of production-status, quality, available supply, and related KPIs and SLAs as per the contract. PS: With our proprietary MES, we aim to digitally-transform the supply-chain in the EMS industry by strengthening MSMEs in India and exposing them to a global EMS demand.
