Vernovate Private Limited is an early-stage technology startup focused on building innovative, scalable software solutions aimed at solving real-world problems. The venture originated in March 2024 as a hackathon project and has since evolved through multiple stages of validation, including recognition at national and regional platforms. The startup has actively participated in various innovation and startup programs, securing top positions in hackathons and being selected among the Top 33 startup ideas from Northeast India at Udyamotsav 2025. Vernovate is currently incubated under down town Venture Labs (dtVL) and has also received grant support under the NIDHI iTBI Scheme by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. At its current stage, Vernovate is in the prototype to early product development phase, where it has developed and demonstrated functional prototypes of its core solution. The startup is focused on refining its product, improving scalability, and preparing for wider deployment. Its work primarily involves developing software-based solutions leveraging modern technologies, with a strong emphasis on innovation, usability, and impact. The funds received are being utilized towards product development, testing, and operational activities to bring the solution closer to market readiness.
