The company is in process of developing an end-to-end, technology-based solution for farmers, micro-entrepreneur and Institutional buyers in and around the agriculture sector to spread awareness about SOIL Health and increase the annual average income of farmers across the country. We are developing digital tools and technologies to solve some of the issues like “affordability and access to technology by farmer”, “optimization in agri input based on soil needs”, “quality control and traceability of agri output”, “layers between farmers and institutional buyers”. The company has an arena of services, which include soil analysis, advisory on the latest technologies across the agri sector, prescription of the right type of agri input and its doses, disease diagnosis and control, yield prediction, information on government initiatives and schemes launched for the farmers. We are creating a common digital platform for bringing main stakeholders like farmers, shopkeepers and institutional buyers on board, this is creating a 360-degree ecosystem therefore improving efficiency in the total supply chain network. Scientific tools are being developed by the company which fetches data of soil health, weather etc. And guide stakeholders in making decisions like quantity, variety, quality of agri input and output. The company is creating a physical presence on the field by developing a franchise network across the country which help us to deliver our services and products at ground zero. The franchise plays an important role wherein they facilitate farmers in using digital tools and services, deliver quality agri input, latest tools, monitor the status of crops, procure farmer's produce etc. This ensures quality, quantity, consistency and traceability of agri output and hence improve the confidence of Institutional buyers in offering better price to farmers. The Franchise network creates a huge opportunity for micro-entrepreneurs to build businesses in the rural area and create employment.
