VIDYAYOGYA TOURISM AND TRAVELS PVT LTD is the first of its kind Online Travel Agency (OTA) in Indian Universities. Till date no university has taken such a bold step in introducing a travel company within the campus. This was thought off as we are the only school in the state having a full-fledged Faculty exclusively for tourism offering Master of Travel and Tourism (MTTM) and Ph.D. courses in Kerala. The OTA is the first women start up travel company run by a permanent faculty of the University. This company has 4 directors consisting of one permanent faculty and 3 students of MTTM. This was developed exclusively to inculcate entrepreneurship skills to students which will result either in developing a company in future. The agency intents to work on the concept of “Earn While Learn” meaning students can have income while pursuing their higher studies.
