Looking to current scenario, ancient Indian agriculture based life style has potential to address global warming challenges. Patent Granted Application Number: 202021023027 CHATUR TOLMAP PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CHATUR TOLMAP is IoT (Internet of Things) based product which seamlessly integrates 3 main aspects of any supply chain, 1) Buying of Goods, 2) Inventory management, 3) Selling goods. Product contains hardware & software integration for operation. CHATUR TOLMAP can be used for anything which we can weigh but it is initially developed for buying & selling agriculture products. • HARDWARE – Hardware in this product consists of a custom made circuit board, which communicates with Load cell (Weighing scale). Hardware also have interface for configuration & selection of various products. Hardware also have Wi-Fi & Bluetooth connectivity for communication with Server & Application. • SOFTWARE - Software in this product consist of 2 major layers, 1) Server & Database, 2) Application layer. Server & database layer contains information of each product, retailers & customers. Application layer contains Android application for interaction. Android Application has 2 parts, 1) Retailer Application – To manage inventory of retailer and to manage payments of source & customers. 2) Customer Application – To showcasing desired products to customer for ease of buying. Application also contains automatic payment using UPI, net banking & cards between buyers & retailers. PRODUCT FEATURES CHATUR TOLMAP can be used for any supply chain. We have applied this system on agriculture supply chain. So, all the examples are with respect to Agriculture supply chain. Supply chain system which is currently being used is inefficient & unorganized. There are no electronic records for buying & selling goods. There are many weighing errors which is causing loss in larger time period. Limitations of existing situations. 1. Farmers/Source doesn’t get paid instantly while buying. 2. There is no scaled weighing equipment for accurate measurement. 3. Inventory managed manually, it is difficult to manage larger quantity. 4. Consumers have to buy product after lot of roaming in local market. 5. There is no quality assessment involved in system. CHATUR TOLMAP key features are as per following. 1. Instant payment for farmer/Producers while buying with UPI (unified payment interface), Net banking or Credit/debit Card. 2. Tuned IoT based weighing system which helps to increase transparency between buyer & seller. Buying can only possible through application which is connected to weighing system 3. History record of each buying from farmer. This data will help farmers & retailers to analyze their income efficiently. 4. Retailers (middle man) who bought goods from producers can keep track of inventory with start of the art retailer application. 5. Retailer can sell goods directly from retailer application. They can modify prices & availability from one tap. 6. Customer can see available products with respect to retailers in their Customer application. Customer can easily buy products & pay instantly using UPI, net banking or credit/debit card. 7. Retailer application will also stores customer history orders for analyzing their selling.
