The product on which I firmly believe carries potential to innovate the Furniture, Homedecor, Jewellery, and kitchenware industry. Although, products made out of Epoxy and Wood are highly expensive in the global market. There is merely a small segment of people that can produce from which a few in western countries can craft it precisely with the highest quality. However, the time required for the production is nearly a month and more resulting in a high pricing and a drastically low ratio of supply in contrast to high demand globally. In late 2019, I saw a vision to establish a manufacturing company that not only addresses the core problems like leadership, mass production, inconsistent raw material supply, skilled worker & management, modern machinery, quality control, lowest global market price, and on-time supply but caters to a place in the global market as a manufacturing company with the principles to compete with international influence, innovate, produce best in the class product line yet affordable for all and most importantly produce completely in India. To fulfill the vision, I self-taught myself wood industry knowledge, practices, techniques, machinery, American-standard woodworking, and a deeper understanding of epoxy resin to help me establish the manufacturing company. This helped me to create a skilled team and train workers with the right skills of machinery and modern techniques. By now, we have successfully established two manufacturing units in guna - "Wood Processing Unit" & "Epoxy Lab". Wood Processing Unit - Powered by a high precision state-of-the-art Italian CNC Machine, router machines, and other precision tools. This unit processes a consistent supply of raw hardwood like Teak, East Indian Walnut, Mahogany, Maple, and Australian Acacia from its cleaning, engraving, cutting, and sanding. The processing capacity of this unit is 500 slabs per month. Epoxy Lab - It is currently the largest Epoxy lab in India covering 10,000 Sqft wherein we hold 30 pouring stations with a capacity of pouring 30 huge dining tables a day / 60 console tables a day / 150 coffee tables a day / 400 clocks a day. This unit not only processes casting epoxy on the product but also American-grade polishing along with the assembly line and packaging of the product. By far we have produced hundreds of products with diversified categories consisting of tables, clocks, lamps, and kitchenware, and more. This helped us with the needed experience and most importantly redefining and improving the methods thus mastering the art of mass production with a mark of quality assurance and specifically at affordable global pricing along with an on-time supply system. We have come this far alone without any support to prove our worth, efficiency, and trust in the leadership. To grow and compete in the global supply chain, we need your support. Your help and mentorship will guide us to ushering the new heights and as well as executing the mission which we find would disrupt the Domestic & International Furniture, Home Decor, Kitchenware, and Jewellery industry, and sir, we are more than ready for it.
