VILPURE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, we do manufacture processed and dry vegetables like chunks made by white pumpkin and udad dal which is 100% organic, and we have various village organic products in plan. Our mission is to provide job to jobless people in village. We want to be bridge between jobless villagers and urban people who will love and get benefit eating pure organic vegetables from village. This business will also provide opportunities to grow vegetables in farm so, farmers will have more options, other than rice and corn. Place pieces on drying racks without allowing them to touch or overlap. Place trays in a preheated dehydrator. Initially, the temperature can be set at 145°F when there is surface moisture on the fruit or vegetable. After one hour reduce the temperature to 135 to 140°F to finish drying.
