Vilwaa Solutions Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognized Indian technology startup building Evidéntia, an enterprise financial intelligence platform for CFOs, finance professionals, accounting firms, lenders, investors and growing businesses. Financial analysis remains highly manual and dependent on spreadsheets, fragmented data and repetitive review processes. Although generative AI can produce financial commentary, its calculations and conclusions may not always be reproducible, traceable or suitable for finance-critical decisions. Evidéntia addresses this problem by combining a deterministic financial reasoning engine with explainable AI. The platform ingests financial information from trial balances, financial statements, spreadsheets, PDFs and accounting or ERP systems. It standardizes this information into a canonical financial data model and performs calculations through a deterministic engine. This includes financial ratio analysis, trend and variance analysis, cash-flow and working-capital assessment, risk indicators, period comparisons and management-level insights. The same validated input produces the same result, helping users independently verify calculations and trace observations to the underlying financial evidence. Generative AI is used only to explain, summarize and contextualize the results produced by the deterministic engine; it is not relied upon to calculate financial figures. This separation between computation and narration enables Evidéntia to deliver scalable AI-assisted analysis while maintaining the consistency, explainability and governance required by finance professionals. Evidéntia is designed as a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform, with partner workspaces for fractional CFO and accounting firms and separate client-company environments. For larger or regulated customers, we also plan to offer enterprise deployment options using a sealed, version-controlled runtime that can operate within the customer’s cloud environment while protecting our core intellectual property. We have completed the core MVP and deterministic financial-analysis engine and are progressing through customer pilots, production hardening and market validation. Our business model will include annual SaaS subscriptions, workspace- or entity-based licensing and enterprise deployment plans.
