THE OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:- 1. To carry on the business of production, procurement, all agricultural, horticultural, vegetables, medicinal, spices crops including of cereals, pulse, oil seeds, millets, fiber crops and agro inputs like seed, growth promoters, manure, fertilizers, pesticides, farm implements, animal feed, and millers. 2. To carry on the production, procurement, storage, processing, pacing, distribution, marketing, selling and trading of the all agricultural, non-agricultural, horticultural, vegetables, medicinal, spices crops, poultry, apiculture, sericulture, lac culture their processed products and other allied products, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm machineries and related extension & consultancy services for ultimate benefits to the members of the company. 3. To undertake organic production program, processing & Certification, Export & trade business ( as per National and international norms & Dairy products their allied forms, by the members & non member producers of the company. It will include import & hire of goods and services in all forms, for the benefit of the members. 4. To manufacture, sell or supply all agriculture inputs, farm machineries, equipment or consumables to the members. 5. To render technical services, consultancy services, training, research and development and all other activities for the welfare and promotion of the interests of its members. 6. To get insurance of producer of their primary produce. 7. To promote the techniques of mutuality and mutual assistance. 8. To undertake any welfare measures or provide facilities for the benefit of the members, as decide by the Board. 9. To financing of procurement, processing, marketing or other activities including the extension of credit facilities or any other manner of financial services to its members as specified under section 581B. 10. Any Other Activity ancillary or incidental to any of the above mentioned activities (1 – 9) or other activities, which promote the principles of mutuality and mutual assistance amongst the members in any other manner. 11. The objects of the company shall not be confined to only one state and they shall extend to the whole of India and outside India also.
