Virtu Rubber Tech is at the forefront of innovation in the Rubber industry, specializing in the manufacturing of Rubber Hoses. What sets us apart is our commitment to sustainability and the environment by utilising Reclaim Rubber as a significant share of raw material, sourced from used tyres and waste rubber products. Rubber Hose pipes, serve a crucial role in various sectors, including automotive, construction, and agriculture. The domestic market size for Hose pipes is around INR 5,000 Cr and it is poised for tremendous growth, primarily due to the government's infrastructure push. Moreover, the world is looking for alternative supply chains under the China Plus One policy. This provides great potential for scalability. Our commitment to innovation extends beyond just the product itself. We are addressing the environmental issue of rubber waste disposal. Currently, waste rubber is disposed of through burning as fuel (such as in brick kilns) which pollutes the air and poses health risks to local communities. Rubber Waste sells at around INR 3-5 per kg. Whereas, processed reclaim (recycled) rubber is available at INR 60-70 per kg, which is still 3 to 4 times cheaper than virgin (fresh) rubber. However, there aren’t enough applications and consumption of recycled rubber to promote recycling on a large scale. We aim to address this issue by developing products from Reclaim Rubber that match the performance of those made from virgin rubber. By leveraging this sustainable material, we can offer high-quality rubber products at a competitive price, thereby expanding our market and creating employment in the recycling and manufacturing sectors. In essence, Virtu Rubber Tech is not only revolutionizing the rubber industry through innovation and product development but also driving positive social and environmental impact. By transforming waste into value and promoting the adoption of sustainable practices, we are paving the way for a greener, more prosperous India.
