Visakha Fabricare is a Garment rental service provider to Pharma, biotech and medical diagnostic manufacturing and testing companies based at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This is started by B. Kalpana with M. Pharm Qualification and have 18 years of Pharma experience which will be a added credential to understand the Pharm, Biotech and Diagnostic zone requirements. Now washing, drying and Pressing related operations are being carried out only in controlled areas. But most of big clients like formulation and sterile dosage manufacturing units require these washing operations to be done in Classified areas (Particle count, Microbiology load, temperature and Relative humidity should be controlled with Air handling units). My facility is not state of art facility to install AHUs in my site. For scale up of my business, I would like to built up a facility with start of art technology with AHUs and Barrier wash technology which prevents contamination. With this I can get business from big Pharma companies, but needs funding to establish this state of art facility with barrier wash technology. Even Vizag unit companies are asking us to cater services to Hyderabad where all the major pharma companies major units are situated. If I have this facility, I can extend my business to other states by having operations at vizag and transportation to Hyderabad. Then if business is promising, I will start one more branch at Hyderabad.
