It took us an innovative approach to bring the skills together from rural and semi-urban cities in India and compete with leading Big4s and MNCs in the world that provides a platform to showcase Indian talent to the world. Vittoba Business Services Pvt Ltd, was incorporated in the year 2017 as a service organization with 50% woman ownership, which helps corporate organizations and financial institutions assess their cyber security resilience, cloud security, data privacy and statutory compliance risks. We hire and train resources to be adept in state of the art technology developed internally for IT and Cyber risk management, with enhanced focus on targeted data analytics, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics. We pride ourselves in providing the following services to various Multi-national companies that are currently provided only by Big4 and MNC consultancy firms at affordable prices sourced from qualified resources trained from rural and semi urban India. This has become our Niche through competitive costing and embracing leading technology to provide maximum results with minimum resources to our clients. We have spent years through research to develop cutting-edge technology to provide the following services: - Continuous and real time assessment and monitoring of risks using advanced analytics and tools; - Manage compliance of Sarbanes Oxley Act, ISAE 3402 & GDPR; - Internal audits and special reviews, which are delivered through innovative methods including AI and Robotic Process Automation; - Cyber security expertise including highly skilled threat and readiness assessments including simulation of potential cyber breaches through penetration testing & incident response planning; - We provide desktop solutions for data sensitivity assessments, data retention plans and Business Continuity Plan assessments originating from IT and Cyber risks. Our team includes experienced & professionally qualified experts who get trained in International certifications such as CISA, CISSP, GPEN, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 & CEH. The resources are usually hired through campus placements from Institutions based out of rural or Tier-3 locations with technology, engineering and computer science streams; and we invest to train them, develop their skills and compete with the stronger counterparts from the West. Vittoba’s cyber security, and enterprise risk management solution driven through Predictive Analytics, AI & Robotics, is a rare innovation in the industry, which we have successfully implemented with our European customers, resulting in a direct cost reduction for the customers to the tune of 40-60% along with error free execution with the assistance of technology developed in-house. In this process, based out of Palakkad (a tier-3 location), we provide employment through rigorous and round-the-year talent hunt and with above the industry pay-for-skill salary arrangements.
