LendLink Tech Private Limited is an online and offline retail and distribution company that deals with the finest consumer electronic products, home appliances, and musical instruments through its developing website emirepay.com and retail store located in the heart of Kohima, capital of Nagaland. Unlike other states of India, prices of goods in Nagaland are much higher due to many indirect and direct reasons. Most of the giant E-Commerce does not provide proper delivery of products in this part of India. After sale services are also very poor. Majority of the local people are still reluctant to buy online due to unfamiliarity of the new emergent business system and also due to its concept that seller and customer should come face to face. Majority with mearge income cannot afford to buy their needs. On the other hand, none of the big emerging businesses and E-Commerce could provide EMI to cater their needs. We, therefore, are to facilitate and provide easy and affordable interest rate Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) to customers in Nagaland where in the guarantor will be salaried government employees and churches as it ensures repayment safety. Government employees are a major part of income in Nagaland. Nagaland, having the highest rate of Government employees with approximately 1.5 to 2 lakh employees including pensioners and also having the highest number of social organizations and churches in India, we believe, we will gain strong foothold with both online and offline business. As per Government of Nagaland data 2016-17, Government spent Rs. 3972.49 Crore on salary and wages and Rs.1402.29 Crore on pensioners. Every family spent around 10% of its salary and income on electronics goods and home appliances which accounted to Rs. 537.44 Crore. Therefore, capturing at least minimum 5% market share by our company would amount to Rs.26.87 Crore annually. The market in this part of India is virgin and the market potential is huge enough for any businesses to grow with some few investments and patience understanding of the prospect it offers. We provide complete solution to customer needs that include purchase contracts, fast delivery, warehousing, and the distinguishing characteristic of the business will be combination of management experience, sales and after sales services.
