A scientific breakthrough in controlling the mosquito population. The MKS significantly reduces the mosquito population in the one-acre area. The MKS uses carbon-dioxide to mimic the respiration of people and cycles through body temperatures from humans, livestock, poultry, and domestic pets every 6 to 9 minutes. It attracts the mosquitoes and then vacuums them into the unit where they are quickly quietly eliminated. There is no pesticide or chemicals used. They do-not attract beneficial insects which are good for ecology. The MKS is equipped with a photocell that turns the unit on at dusk, making it energy efficient. Made from high-grade aluminum, it may be mounted with provided brackets. How It Works The MKS uses the mosquito’s natural hunting techniques of heat sensing and carbon dioxide detection. The unit mimics the body temperatures and breathing patterns of humans, livestock, poultry, and domesticated pets. The photocell powers up the MKS, beginning the cycle of mimicking body heat and respiration. The MKS simulates the breathing of warm-blood mammals by the release of carbon dioxide. Thermal imagery and release of Co2 the mosquito are attracted to the unit, the fan forces the mosquito through the machine. Mosquitoes are killed when they pass through the electrocution grid. The remains are then expelled through the bottom of the unit and returned to the environment.
