VRAI Edutech Private Limited is a Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh based EdTech startup focused on building India's global accounting and finance workforce. We offer fundamentals-first accounting and taxation education programs ranging from 1 to 6 months, serving both Class XII students entering the workforce and working professionals seeking career advancement. Our unique teaching methodology explains WHY laws exist, not just HOW to apply them, making our students job-ready for any organisation anywhere in the world. We offer domestic programs in GST, Accounts Mastery, and Certified Accounting, as well as international certification programs for UAE and KSA markets. With 1.5 crore commerce students graduating annually and 3 crore working accountants needing upskilling, we address a massively underserved market. Our revenue model includes student course fees ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹45,000, professional upskilling programs, corporate training contracts, and online subscriptions. Since tax laws change every year with each Union Budget, our demand is built-in and self-replenishing. We are currently in the foundation stage, operating 1-2 offline centers in Bareilly with plans to expand Pan-India and internationally.
