Problem Current Education System and Job Scenario for people with Autism is Unfriendly and non – inclusive. Huge economical burden on parents : Educational System is already not cheap and then extra burden of various therapies(Such as Speech , OT, Special Education) and vocational classes (Such as Arts , Music etc.) Not enough opportunity to be economically self independent . Similar situation with kids in orphanage and people with other physical disabilities. Solution : Empowering Autistic and orphanage kids , people with other physical disabilities and making them independent , targeting 10 Yrs. – 18 Yrs. of age which is the most crucial age in confidence building. Reducing Monitory burden on parents ,enabling them to use the funds earned for various therapies. Employment to such people by selling their art work on products and employing them for various roles in our firm . The Art work will be sold online as well as it will be printed on products with artist names . 10% of the Product cost will be shared as royalty with the Artists. Targeting the CSR funds and Art loving community.
