In order to meet the growing need of fuel (HSD) in rural areas where there are limited or no access of Retail Outlet due to business viability, the idea of meeting the need of fuel can be served with "Door to Door Delivery" through mobile dispenser unit. Through this mobile dispenser unit, HSD can also be delivered at the door of customer, thus reducing the risk of accident while refueling from Retail Outlet which are located in densely populated area. This will also help in generating job opportunity and at least 2 persons will be employed for operating each mobile dispensing unit.
