We Relay vision is to become a central player in providing car logistic services to all OEMs by effectively managing the overall logistic process. We aim to reduce car logistic cost by 10% in first year which will further increase to 20% in 2nd year (In-line with Government of India vision to reduce logistic cost and make logistics efficient). In one of the case study done, estimated cost of 4.2cr annually can be saved of MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India ltd) with We Relay model for the transportation of 2100 cars TO & FRO between Delhi to Ahmedabad. Our target is to reduce carbon footprint drastically by effectively managing the overall car logistic process. Also, as a social cause, WE Relay model helps drivers returning back home same day and provide safety to drivers.
