Team behind WebCRSTravel platform is build on a collaboration & supported by a group of professionals specialised for tourism (that includes Techies, Finance Experts, Legal Experts, Management Gurus, Hospitality/Tourism Experts, Analysts, Data Scientists, AI experts, Educationists, Investment Advisors, SME IPO Experts & Investors) to bring together their services using technology to help Traditional Travel Business to recover the businesses in the post COVID Era. We believe that this collaborative support will ensure quick recovery in the post Covid through definite total Digital Transformation of the MSMEs in the Tourism sector at the fastest pace like never before. The approach The team will mentor, train, provide all necessary technologies custom built for the tourism industry for the team for enhanced productivity and growth. The process starts with a Travel Company Owner being able to onboard the team to work from home. WebCRS team would train and upskill the team remotely through online education sessions backed by live classes. Later, specific tasks which are part of SOPs will be given by the head of the firm to the team through the platform to achieve the goals of the company. The platform (highly specialised for the tourism sector) will make it easy for any staff to get complete guidance and put efforts to the achieving the goals of the organisation with simple tools which have digital footprints that enable the owner to monitor the quality and quantity of work done. Tools designed to increase efficiency are embedded in the system The system is embedded with SOPs, KRAs & KPI, tools by designed experts in tourism / sales / marketing / finance / Business management / legal department to ensure the optimum performance of the organisation for the resources deployed. Our team of tech experts, supported by data scientists, Artificial Intelligence & Machine learning experts is focused on ensuring high end technology available to professionals in the tourism industry through mobile phones to ensure they can deliver seamless experience & support for tourists. The operational area of the system covers supplier handling, contracting, CRM, enquires handling, costing, quotations, operations, execution, accounts, feedback, etc all in one single multi award winning application. The Educationists onboard in the team and the courses exclusively designed by tourism professionals, will support the upskilling of the staff of traditional business to handle the advanced & intuitive new age tools in the platform with ease. Tourism is marketed through inspiring people to travel and it needs a huge amount of content on destinations. It is collated through tourism boards, suppliers like hotels and activity owners who deliver the actual experience to the tourists and also through crowd sourced models. It is thus a collaborative digital environment set for entrepreneurs of MSMEs to capitalise their brand/relationships and achieve best profitability & valuation for the investments done in tourism. Once the organisations are digitally transformed, we have seen that there will be more investors interested in investment and support to these MSMEs for their growth as this process covers due diligence of the organisations which create more valuable orgs.
