Welkin upcycle is dedicated to a complete solution for the recycling of critical battery materials. By developing advanced separation systems and smart equipment, we enable worldwide battery manufacturers, battery operators, automotive manufacturers, energy storage enterprises, and recyclers to realize a short-loop of power battery materials, promoting the low-carbon and sustainable development of new energy key resources At welkin upcycle , we recycle lithium ion batteries of all cell chemistries and form factors via our technological solution. We safely recover black mass and process it to extract and isolate high –purity metal sulfates and carbonates ready for use in cathode and pre-cursor production. As welkin upcycle strengthening the concept of circular economy . our process start , where the user declare the end of life of-use of product , we will create value to that degraded product and make it reusable for another use in same or other application . With our mechanism , we will create a Eco-system , where we will have a collection of long range of dead battery of lithium ion battery after its productive use , these dead battery come to our plant and our process start to make it alive again for further use . our R&D team will develop a technology which should be protected by patent , address the reuse of lithium ion battery as a part of circular economy . Our startup welkin up-cycle upgrade the outdated battery for further use in different different application . Mineral used in lithium ion battery is of among the category of critical mineral available on earth , therefore we have to use these critical mineral very carefully because these mineral are limited in nature . we have to protect these mineral while fulfilling our need , therefore there is need to protect these mineral and its is only possible by using when we reuse the critical mineral and welkin up cycle make it possible to reuse the critical mineral without mining the earth .
