I am an XLRI, Jamshedpur Alumnus and my company has come up with a first of its kind product in India (patent filed) in the events domain. This is a very successful category in developed countries like the US and some European countries, etc., but since it has not happened in India ever before, there is no policy for it. We have everything ready, manufacturing (outsourced), setup, logistics, and even huge clients have shown interest. But we are stuck in the regulations for the past 1.5 years and are unable to start the operations. This has led to huge opportunity costs and even manufacturing, tooling costs. We are even willing to get a temporary permission till the policy is being made so that we can start our business. The officials have supported us but we are still uncertain whether we will get the permission or not, and if yes, how much time will it take. Everything is ready, we seek your help to get this started, because we feel that this will benefit India in several ways. Thank you.
