Our Business follows the Blockbuster business model, which includes various key activities such as R&D with companies rather than outsourcing, development and production or manufacturing of various drugs/medicines and healthcare products, drug testing, marketing and distribution, and other related activities. This B2B business model is primarily aimed at the mass market, with the hope of generating revenue in the future from large sales volumes. The blockbuster B2B business model of pharmaceutical companies entails investing a significant amount of money in in-house R&D (Research and Development) activities in order to search for various dead-end projects in the hope of turning a few of them into successful blockbusters with high returns.
