ShopMyCar, a unit of WHEELOWN SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, provides a conversational platform to the users to connect with car dealerships in real-time at the comfort of their homes. A car is one of the biggest consumer purchases which a person makes. Since time and age, buying a car has always been a time-consuming process with an extra load of exhaustion that comes from all the hopping from one showroom to another, hoping to find the perfect car and the perfect deal. ShopMyCar is established with the sole purpose of making this car buying process seamless and sweat-free by providing the customer with a hassle-free experience for finding their dream car through a live video walk-in at the dealership of their choice, booking a test drive at their door-step, negotiating the best deal, and a lot more. For car dealerships, it brings digital footfalls with a real-time inbound video and chat communication channel with potential buyers and helps DP owners in improving their operational and sales efficiency. Also, ShopMyCar aims to unlock the geographical constraint of the dealers by extending their digital presence in nearby tier-2 and above geographies where physical outlets are limited by OEM or not present. In later phases, the vision of ShopMyCar is to integrate the finance solutions by providing paperless and easy finance solution using digital credit decision model which uses the traditional bureau data as well as the alternate source of mobile data, all with a click of a few buttons.
