White Rabbit is a software development agency that builds web and mobile applications for our clients and integrated partners. Across the board, we work on different technologies within that space and have a full stack team. What we do is white label our services to other Design and Marketing agencies. We don't go direct to clients. This keeps the flow constant and training on our end low, making it more turnkey. We’re working with people that know what they’re doing and don’t haggle much on price. We also don’t spent much time on putting together SOWs or RFPs that will fall off, it’s up to our Partners to make the sell. The thing is, agencies, who we partner with, are based around the founder and most are not developers. Most founders in our space are either really good at marketing or design, but coding is their weakness. So they need a reliable partner they can trust to deliver quality code at a white label price. In less than 4 years our goal is to grow to a 100+ dev team and have a global presence in our industry. Again and again, our Partners have not experienced a dev shop like ours with the three quality traits of a quick turnaround, focus on quality code, and at a price they can white label. Finally, another model for us is allocating resources to working on projects that we’re partnering on for ownership, plus working on internal projects that can generate revenue.
