The startup is the brainchild of a group of bankers with over 100 years of combined experience in the field of Banking & Technology. The startup has built a technology platform that allows users to invest in mutual funds, purchase Life Insurance & health Insurance & obtain Loans. The Company is registered with Association of Mutual Funds in India (‘AMFI’) for distribution of Mutual Fund units & Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) for distribution of insurance products. The mobile application is available on IOS /Android Playstore. The Company will also assist in building a technology platform for Banks, NBFCs, digital partners who do not have investment services as a part of their digital offerings enabling them in creating a digital experience for its customers alongside assistance with building an interface which is in compliance with the applicable laws. The platform will be offered as a white labeled product for the specific client and will be integrated with their digital App/portal. Using this white labelled offering the digital partner can offer the same as a service to its customers whereas the Company will be the digital partner for such clients. This will allow the Bank/NBFC to offer Investment Services and Digital Lending to its customers and setting up a no human intervention & the tech platform will be a SaaS based service thereby reducing their turnaround time & various costs related to technology, human resource and marketing. The Company is also developing a unique process for digital Loans which will be integrated with the tech platform, mobile application & website of the Company enabling its digital partners to offer innovative loans (Unique Market First) which are currently paper driven and time consuming. This process/solution will ease customers pain points as well as borrowing cost and the entire process will be supported through a unique digital process hence eliminating the requirement for physical paperwork.
