Wimera: We are a startup based at Bengaluru working on Industrial IoT solutions enabling manufacturing industries for their digital transformation towards Industry 4.0. Our focus is mainly on the data acquisition with real time dash boards and live alerts. to CXOs and shop-floor personnel We have deployed our l-IoT solutions for Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industries and successfully running at various plants for more than 3 years. We have more than 15 prestigious clients in India benefited with our solutions and now we would like to scale. Our IoT application seamlessly integrate Shop-floor data with the existing ERP and MES systems and Realtime reports are accessible to CXOs. We provide both on-premise and cloud based application. We focus on three KPIs: OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), Predictive Maintenance and Energy Management. Using our application we get the real time machine availability, performance and the quality from the machines and equipments. With this data, we generate authentic OEE for machine/operator-wise, Cell/Zone-wise and Plant-wise. With our application we have shown 20% improvement in OEE within 6 months of installation. Once we integrate ERP we also co-relate the work-order and target production. With this we are able to achieve paperless shop-floor. Our Predictive maintenance AI/ML algorithms running continuously using the machine condition monitoring parameters so we ensure 10% reduction is machine breakdowns. On continuous energy monitoring and alerting the operators is machine is idle for long and can be switched off, we save around 10% reduction in energy costs. On the connectivity part of PLC protocols support most of the machine interfaces including FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Haas, Mazak, OPC and MT Connect. For all others we have our edge gateway hardware device which connects with all legacy machines and special purpose machines using non-intrusive sensors. We are able to interface with any make, any model, any age, any type of machine or equipment using our universal Edge gateway using wired LAN, Wi-Fi, GSM/GPRS and LoRa. Our business model is onetime hardware and implementation cost with AMC for On-premise and subscription based pricing for cloud based application. We built domain expertise in Automotive, Metal Foundry, Pharma and Chemicals, Packaging and Textiles. Our customers have seen RoI within 6 months of implementation our IoT application.
